Returns & Refunds

We want every purchase from Chiara Costacurta to be a satisfying experience. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you can return the items within 14 days from the delivery date, following the procedure outlined below.

The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU.


Return Conditions

Before starting the procedure, please ensure that the items to be returned meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date

  • Items must be intact, unused, and free from signs of wear

  • Returns must be in the original packaging, complete with all included accessories

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


How to Make a Return

You can choose the most convenient method from the following options:

1 — Online Return

Log in to your personal area and follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your personal account and go to the Orders section — locate the order for which you wish to initiate a return

  2. Select the items to be returned — partial returns are also possible

  3. Request a return: select the option to start the procedure and follow the guided instructions.

  4. Await approval of the request: you will receive an email confirmation once the return has been approved.

  5. Ship the package to our headquarters: once the request is approved, you will need to arrange the return shipment independently to the following address: Via Fatebenefratelli 15, 20121 Milan (MI). You can use any courier you prefer, provided that the shipment is tracked and the service provider gives you a tracking number.

Alternatively, you can initiate the request by writing directly to info@chiaracostacurta.com.

Return costs in Italy: the procedure has a fixed cost of €8.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

International return costs: shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us before proceeding to receive a quote for your country. Alternatively, you can arrange the return shipment independently.


2 — Return to the Milan Atelier

You can return items directly to our atelier, free of charge. Please notify us in advance by writing to atelier@chiaracostacurta.com.

Refunds

Once we receive the return and verify the conformity of the items, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Credit times may vary depending on the banking circuit or payment provider chosen.


Items Excluded from Returns

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or tailor-made items requested by the customer

  • Items that are used, damaged, or without their original packaging
