What does "made to order" mean for some products?

Chiara Costacurta shows the real-time availability of items; some sizes or variations may not be immediately available and are made upon request. Any production or availability times are always specified at the time of purchase.

Who makes the jewelry?

Every Chiara Costacurta creation is born from a creative research process personally developed by Chiara Costacurta and brought to life in collaboration with trusted goldsmith workshops. Each stage of the production is followed with the utmost attention, from prototype development to the final creation of the jewel.

What type of diamonds and precious stones are used?

We only use natural diamonds and selected natural gemstones, including blue and fancy sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and green tsavorites. Some selected items are offered with certified lab-grown diamonds, primarily to provide a prototype version of the jewel. Upon request, it is always possible to create the model with high carat natural diamonds: in this case, the cost of the stone will be quoted in conjunction with our specialized suppliers.

How does Atelier Costacurta's service for custom products work?

Our Atelier Costacurta was born from the desire to handle every request directly and personally: we can develop a project starting from an existing model, from a stone already owned by the client, or build the piece of jewellery entirely from scratch, starting from the idea and the desired outcome. Once the project is defined, an agreed-upon deposit of 30% or 50% will be requested, and the development of the custom creation will begin. Every detail can be personalized, from the gold caratage to the characteristics and selection of the precious stones.

In what packaging will I receive my order?

All Chiara Costacurta creations are carefully handcrafted and delivered in our official packaging, including the jewel's authenticity guarantee and specifications of the materials and precious stones used.

Is it possible to choose a delivery date/time?

No, it's not possible to choose a specific date or time. You can try to contact the courier directly to arrange a delivery date.

How can I care for my Chiara Costacurta jewelry?

We recommend storing each piece of jewelry separately to preserve its surface and avoid scratches. For daily cleaning, simply immerse it in lukewarm water and mild soap and dry it gently with a soft cloth. To preserve the brilliance of precious stones, it is best to avoid contact with corrosive substances such as alcohol, acetone, or bleach.

How do I find the right size for rings and bracelets?

A size guide is available on the website to help you choose the best one for you. If you have any doubts, you can contact us before purchasing: we will be happy to guide you in your choice.

Where is your Atelier located?

Our atelier is located in the heart of Milan, at Via Fatebenefratelli, 15 — 20121 MI.

How can I book an appointment at your studio?

You can book an appointment by sending an email to atelier@chiaracostacurta.com or by sending a message to +39 345 6979437. The atelier is open Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For specific needs, we will be happy to arrange dedicated times.

Is it possible to see the jewelry in person before purchasing?

Yes, we invite you to visit our atelier to discover our collections in person and receive dedicated advice. An appointment is required to guarantee a personalized experience.

What is the Piercing Station?

The Piercing Station is a dedicated service that combines consultation, piercing, and high jewelry. We offer a selection of piercing jewelry in 585/1000 gold and natural diamonds, applied simultaneously with the piercing during a personalized appointment with our specialized piercer. The service is currently available on Wednesdays, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Orders & Shipping

Do I need an account to buy?

No, it is not necessary to manually create an account. When you place your first order, the system will automatically generate an account associated with your email, where your orders, personal data, and shipping addresses will be stored. To access your personal area, enter your email in the Login section and use the OTP code you will receive via email.

Which countries do you ship to?

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

In Italy, standard delivery takes 1-2 business days and is always free. For full details, please consult the Orders & Shipping page.

Can I order online and pick up the package at your Atelier?

Yes, during checkout you can choose to pick up your order at our atelier in via Fatebenefratelli, 15 in Milan. This service is free and availability is within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

You can request to amend or cancel an order by contacting us as soon as possible at info@chiaracostacurta.com or by phone at +39 345 6979437. We can only intervene if the order has not yet been processed for preparation. Once the shipment has started, it will no longer be possible to make changes.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to the courier's portal. You can also monitor the shipping status at any time from your personal area.

I am a non-EU customer: do the prices include customs duties and taxes?

No, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be requested by the courier according to local regulations. These charges are not included in the order total.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, by notifying us via email at atelier@chiaracostacurta.com and following the dedicated online return procedure. Items must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

How can I return an item online?

Log in to your personal area, locate the order in the Orders section, and start the guided procedure. Wait for the request to be approved: you will receive an email confirmation as soon as the return has been approved. Once the request is approved, you will need to independently arrange for the return shipment to the following address: Via Fatebenefratelli 15, 20121 Milan (MI). You can use the courier of your choice, as long as the shipment is trackable and the service provider gives you a tracking number. For more details, consult the Returns & Refunds page.

Can I return an item directly to the atelier?

Yes, you can request a return via email and, once confirmed by our team, return the item free of charge to our atelier at Via Fatebenefratelli, 15 — Milan, within 14 days of delivery. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance via email.

Is returns free?

Online returns in Italy have a fixed cost of € 8.00 which will be deducted from the refund. For international returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Returns at our atelier, however, are completely free of charge.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Once your return has been received and verified, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The crediting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I change the size of an item?

Please contact us by sending an email to atelier@chiaracostacurta.com: together, we will evaluate the most suitable solution. We always recommend consulting our size guide before making a purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Postepay, Union Pay), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, through PayPal and Klarna you can split your payment into interest-free installments. Select the desired option at checkout for more details.

When is payment charged?

The amount is charged upon order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been successfully processed.

Are my payment details safe?
