Shopping on Chiara Costacurta is simple, secure, and flexible. Every order is carefully managed by our team and monitored at every stage, from confirmation to delivery.
You don't need to manually create an account to shop: when you place your first order, the system will automatically generate an account associated with your email, where your orders, personal data, and shipping addresses will be stored. You can access your personal area at any time via the OTP code you will receive by email.

 

Order Processing

As soon as your order has been correctly registered and payment confirmed, you will receive a summary email with details of the items purchased, the total amount, and shipping information. Please also check your spam folder in case the email does not arrive within a few minutes. 

Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receipt, subject to verification of item availability and payment confirmation. Chiara Costacurta guarantees maximum security for all your purchases.

 

Packaging

All Chiara Costacurta creations are carefully handcrafted and delivered in our official packaging, which includes a certificate of authenticity for the jewel and specifications of the materials and precious stones used. Whether it's a gift or a personal purchase, every order arrives ready to be experienced, from opening the box to the jewel itself.

For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total order amount. They will be requested by the courier according to local regulations.

 

Shipment Tracking

An estimated delivery date will be indicated at the time of order. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to the courier's portal to follow its progress in real time.
You can monitor the status of your shipment at any time from your personal area.

 

Order Modification or Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by writing to atelier@chiaracostacurta.com or by phone at +39 345 6979437 (also Whatsapp). We can only intervene on the order if it has not yet been taken in charge for preparation. Once production or shipping has started, it will no longer be possible to make changes or proceed with cancellation.

 

Receipt and Complaints

We invite you to always check the integrity of the package upon delivery. If it is damaged or tampered with, accept it with a written reservation, specifying it to the courier. Signing with reservation allows you to file a complaint even in the event of damage not immediately visible. Without reservation, it will not be possible to manage reports or refund requests.

 

Non-Delivery

By placing an order, the customer undertakes to accept delivery. If this is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the recipient — such as an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, or failure to collect — the order will be returned to the sender. In this case, shipping costs, return costs, and any customs duties will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Loss

We invite you to regularly monitor the status of your shipment using the tracking number. If your order does not arrive within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us: we will be happy to assist you. We remind you that shipments are managed by external couriers — Poste Italiane, BRT, TNT, FedEx, or DHL — therefore Chiara Costacurta cannot be held responsible for any loss of goods.
